I feel incredibly grateful to the many individuals, couples, and families who have allowed me to walk with them on their journey toward healing. My primary commitment is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and acceptance.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist & Supervisor, I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I am certified in EMDR to empower individuals to move beyond the pain of trauma and abuse, and am currently pursuing advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to support couples in restoring their connection. In conjunction with child and adolescent therapy, a large part of my practice is spent with parents and caregivers using filial therapy, which educates and empowers parents to take an active role in addressing their children's needs through the strength of the parent-child relationship. Prior to private practice I was fortunate to work in a variety of nonprofit and agency settings, where I received specialized training and experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, family violence, trauma, and neglect. I began my education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and subsequently earned a Master of Science and Specialist Degree (EdS) in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University.
